We know it’s tempting to skip these Terms of Service, but it’s important to establish what you can expect from us as you use LEMON Services and what we expect from you.
Please refrain from submitting complaints related to the items explained in the list.
- Due to the nature of the Gifting campaign, it is impossible to guarantee a 100% posting rate. Our lowest posting rate by history is 92%, to compensate for this issue, we allocate additional benefit for clients to pick 10% extra KOL at no additional fee.
- Since we cannot guarantee a 100% posting rate we recommend the client to allocate 110 products (*10% additional products) for the campaign.
- Gifting is a PR package that includes the ability for brands to control influencer drafts in order to avoid any incorrect brand name pronunciation or written wrong. The brand may also create a posting timeline that is in accordance with the brand campaign period. Please note down that since this project will be run entirely by the system, it cannot be changed while it’s running
- The minimum value for any product in the Lemon Gifting service is Rp 150,000. This amount is mandatory and can be fulfilled through a single item or a combination of multiple items.
- If a brand does not provide feedback within two (2) weeks, our system will automatically approve and proceed to the next step. Please note that Gifting cannot be altered after the approval.
- The length of the Gifting project will be 1.5 months however, the timeline for influencers to post their content on social media will be only four (4) weeks.
- The product List to be provided for KOL should be confirmed before the campaign starts. Especially for Gifting, changing the product list and value after the campaign starts is strictly not allowed.
- If Project Gifting has opted, it will not provide daily updates such as KOL postings, tracking sheets, and posting links.
- For Gifting, payment is to be done 100% in advance, prior to campaign execution. (Invoice will be sent separately after quotation signing).
- For Gifting, the project will not start before the down payment is 100%.
- Other than Gifting, the project will not start before the down payment of 50%.
- The agency shall need to comply with the deadline of our terms of payment as well regardless of the condition of payment from their clients.
- Please confirm the brief and scope of work before you are running a campaign. Changing the brief or SOW during the running campaign will be charged 15% of the total project value.
- There is no exclusive obligation to avoid client competitors in the service.
- Brands are not required to reach out to influencers by themselves in the campaign period with LEMON for a project outside LEMON. Since it can affect the timeline and the influencer’s focus on doing the campaign tasks, if there’s proof of that act, we are not responsible for any damage to the campaign.
- If the project is delayed for more than one month (30 days) due to the client’s late response or a change in schedule by the client, we may issue an invoice for some portion of our completed work that has been delivered in prorated manner.
- The product designated for KOLs boasts a minimum shelf life of six months (expired date), further supported by its endorsement through the acquisition of BPOM certification
- The report will be provided automatically through LEMON Dashboard.
